Shipping: We will process and ship your order within 48 hours Monday - Saturday by USPS Priority.

Damaged or Missing Orders: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package and send us an email within 72 hours of receipt of product to info@polishandlather.com with a description on what happened and with the photos attached. Please double check your mailing address. If the address was incorrectly entered you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied; please return the new product with a note explaining the problem back to us and we will issue you a refund for the total amount of the product minus all shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations: With our 48 hour turnaround goal cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only be accepted within two hours after you placed your order.

E-mail: Please adjust your e-mail settings to receive emails from service@polishandlather.com. We are not responsible from problems caused by your e-mail filters.

Holiday Closings: We do not process orders on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. A few times a year we may travel for short extensions of time, but we will put out notices through social media and newsletters.

Credit Cards: If your card is declined, Polish & Lather will send an email (to the address associated with the declined order) to let you know. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code. We take our customer's security very seriously and for that reason we require the exact billing address and security codes for all of our credit card transactions. Please note that our turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information, not at the time the order was placed.

PayPal: Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.

We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders, offering monthly specials, and enhancing your experience with our company.
